Most of what we build falls into retail, flex, manufacturing, warehouse, or metal building work. Some of it does not.
A Tennessee contractor license carrying a BC Unlimited classification places no restriction on the type of commercial building we can contract. In practice that means the building type is rarely the constraint. The site, the budget, and the schedule are.
The categories below are ones we build and ones where Middle Tennessee is genuinely underserved. If what you are planning is not listed, ask anyway.
Private, corporate, and maintenance hangars. Clear span framing with no interior columns, door systems sized to the aircraft, and the eave height and approach clearances the operation requires. Site work and apron paving handled alongside the structure.
Indoor courts, training space, and multi-sport buildings. The structure and the court under one contract, rather than a builder and a surfacing company working to different drawings. Middle Tennessee has very few contractors doing both.
Athletic Facility ConstructionClassroom buildings, private school facilities, training centers, and gymnasium space. Occupied-campus work phased around the academic calendar, with the egress, accessibility, and fire separation requirements that assembly and educational occupancy carry.
Small to mid-scale multi-family and mixed-use buildings. Unit layout, parking ratios, and stormwater are usually settled by the site before the building is designed, so we look at all three during pre-construction.
Sanctuaries, fellowship halls, and community centers. Large open assembly space builds efficiently in steel and can be finished to whatever level the congregation wants, from a straightforward hall to a fully finished sanctuary.
Drive-up and climate-controlled facilities. Site layout, unit mix, drive aisle widths, and security all get planned together, because the revenue model depends on how many units fit and how easily tenants reach them.
Most companies advertising court construction in Middle Tennessee install surfaces. They do not put up the building around them. We build both, which means one contract and one party accountable for clear height, slab tolerance, lighting placement, and the court itself.
Full court and half court, with the clear height, flooring system, and goal mounting engineered into the structure rather than added to it afterward.
Basketball Facility ConstructionSingle court through multi-court clubs, with court spacing, divider systems, and the acoustic treatment the sport genuinely requires rather than treats as an upgrade.
Pickleball Facility ConstructionTurf areas, batting and pitching cages, golf simulator bays, and strength and conditioning space, each with its own clear height and slab requirement.
All Athletic FacilitiesIf what you are planning is not on this page, it does not mean we cannot build it. Send us the site and what the building has to do.
