Manufacturing and Light Industrial Construction in Middle Tennessee

A manufacturing building is equipment infrastructure with walls around it. We build production facilities across Nashville and Middle Tennessee around how the line actually runs, not the other way around.

Light Manufacturing and Production Facilities

Production space has to accommodate the equipment you have now and the equipment you'll add in three years. We plan column spacing, clear height, and floor layout against your process flow, so a future line addition doesn't mean working around a column that shouldn't have been there.

Assembly, Processing and Fabrication Space

Assembly, processing, and fabrication each place different demands on a building: compressed air distribution, exhaust and ventilation, floor drainage, wash-down surfaces, crane loads. These get designed in from the start. Retrofitting any of them into a finished slab is expensive and slow.

Plant Expansions and Facility Renovations

Most manufacturing work we do happens at facilities that can't shut down. We phase expansions and renovations around production schedules, maintain access and utilities to the operating side of the building, and sequence tie-ins for the windows you can actually give us.

Power, Slab and Structural Requirements

Three things drive manufacturing construction cost more than square footage does. Incoming power service and distribution, because upgrading later means coordinating with the utility on their timeline. Slab thickness and reinforcement, sized to equipment loads and forklift traffic. And structural clear span, which determines whether your floor plan is flexible or fixed. We settle all three during pre-construction, before design commits you to something expensive.
